| Description |
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years experience in the area of computers and information technology resources. Specific knowledge of current district hardware and operating systems is preferred.
- Assist technology users with applications development and full utilization of hardware and software.
- Work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to communicate and maintain productive relationships with technology users.
- Provide timely resolution of computer problems.
- Perform tasks to aid in the ongoing support of teachers and students using computers in K-12 classrooms.
- Provide hardware and software support to all district computers, technical advice on updates.
- Troubleshoot problems, such as logging on to computer systems or software, printing malfunctions or routine error messages.
- Manage current district deployment program.
