• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years experience in the area of computers and information technology resources.  Specific knowledge of current district hardware and operating systems is preferred.
• Assist technology users with applications development and full utilization of hardware and software.
• Work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to communicate and maintain productive relationships with technology users.
• Provide timely resolution of computer problems.
• Perform tasks to aid in the ongoing support of teachers and students using computers in K-12 classrooms.
• Provide hardware and software support to all district computers, technical advice on updates.
• Troubleshoot problems, such as logging on to computer systems or software, printing malfunctions or routine error messages.
• Manage current district deployment program.
