High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three years experience in the area of computers and information technology resources. Specific knowledge of current district hardware and operating systems is preferred.
Assist technology users with applications development and full utilization of hardware and software.
Work effectively under pressure.
Ability to communicate and maintain productive relationships with technology users.
Provide timely resolution of computer problems.
Perform tasks to aid in the ongoing support of teachers and students using computers in K-12 classrooms.
Provide hardware and software support to all district computers, technical advice on updates.
Troubleshoot problems, such as logging on to computer systems or software, printing malfunctions or routine error messages.
Manage current district deployment program.
